Welcome to South Lake E Bikes! Founded in 2021 by a father-son duo, our eBike rental shop began with a simple belief: eBikes are a fun and adventurous way for everyone to explore. What started with just six bikes has now grown to a fleet of over 70, all thanks to our commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience.
South Lake Tahoe doesn’t have a lot of ebikes, we pride ourselves on making every ride enjoyable and accessible. This is the spot to rent a bike in Tahoe!! Conveniently located near the Pope-Baldwin bike trail so you can hop on a bike and ride a gorgeous trail through the pines and beach hop. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about bike trails in the area. We took our mountain e-bikes up to Meyer and hit the single tracks off the trail, then took them down to the beach. It was an amazing day for a great price

Location, location, location. This place is located right by some amazing single track and paved trails that go along the beaches. I was able to hit 10+ miles of MTB trails as well as 18 miles of paved trails along the like. The prices and people are great here. The bike held up really well too

This was my first time using an e-bike but the experience was so cool + fun! I'm extremely out of shape since being locked down from Covid so the extra help from the motor came in the clutch lol. Especially on some of the hills we came across. These bikes are actually pretty fast too! That surprised me. The process to rent these was pretty easy & smooth as well. The staff here is super friendly and helpful. I'm definitely coming back to rent these next time I'm in town. If you haven't tried an e-bike yet this is the place to go. You won't be disappointed!
